Shortcode not showing up (Wordpress).

Hello guys!

I just signed up and woud love to get it to work.

I'm using it in Wordpress, it seems like everything is set up but when I add the shortcode or the html code you suggest for personalized themes... Nothing shows up!

Any clues on to where am I going wrong? Please help.

Would love to upgrade if I just get it to work.

The Facebook icon does show on a few pages (pruebalo-por-1-dolar, precios, ).
Where does it not show?
