Connecting with Facebook goes no further than Name and Email page

It works as far as bring up as bringing up a message saying 'You are logged in with Facebook' before redirecting me to a page to input First Name, Last Name and email. After inputting and clicking Confirm, it just refreshes the page.

I am still not Logged In at this point.
