Website cancelled 4 months ago but still getting billed monthly.

Hi,

I have submitted the Contact Us form twice already and got no confirmation of reciept nor any replys.

I cancelled my site in July but have been billed every month since then.

In the dashboard it has the below.

"Warning! This site will be removed soon!
This site has been scheduled for deletion and will be removed after the 11.07.2016"

e-mail confirming deleteion.

"Hi Ed,

Your OneAll site XXXXXX has been scheduled for deletion on July 6th, 2016.
If you take no action, after July 11th, 2016, you will be unable to recover this site."

That date has well passed.

Can someone please contact me so we can get this resolved.
