Account Upgrade Failed

I have already completed the payment thru my online banking to upgrade my account from Freemium to Starter.

However, after the payment was already completed at payment details, the page got stuck there and did not proceed to confirm page.

FYI, the amount has already been deducted from my bank account yesterday but my account is still Freemiun instead of Starter package.

Please assist to look into this as soon as possible as my work is currently halted due to this.
