Bug: Linking Twitter account does not return connection_token

Reproduce:

link Twitter account using the plugin

response does not include connection_token. It does for Facebook and LinkediN

Are you sure your Twitter setup is correct? Can you login with Twitter?

I get back:

as you can see the connection_token is missing, but the connection is successful.
