Domain is whitelisted, but still getting error

Domain is white listed, but still getting error :- "[OneAll] To enforce the security of our services we require each domain to be whitelisted. Please click here to open your security settings and whitelist the domain dev.caringcent.com. Reload this page afterwards."

Attaching my current white list below:-

localhost
dev.caringcent.com
caringcent.com
*.caringcent.com
qa.caringcent.com

And the URL from where am trying to use oneall is
https://dev.caringcent.com:5002

I tried even after clearing the browser cache, history, and cookies, still getting the same error

The whitelist for mattsample seems to be correct and I no longer get the error on https://dev.caringcent.com:5002/#/home.
Seems to be fixed.

You are using the OneAll subdomain sunil-test.

For the subdomain sunil-test only the following domain is whitelisted:
localhost

This is the whitelist for the OneAll subdomain mattsample

So either you change the subdomain used on https://dev.caringcent.com:5002/#/home to mattsample.
Or you update the whiteliste of the OneAll subdomain sunil-test
