Cannot login with Twitter
I setup the API per the instructions, but the login does not work, as it acts like the API hasn't been setup.
When I go to the Social Networks and click on Twitter, there is no Current Scope that shows up like the other ones I setup for FaceBook and Google.
If I click on Setup Twitter, it takes me to the config page in which then shows the codes and keys I got from Twitter

Once I unticked Callback it worked as designed.

Twitter has in fact no scope. It's normal there no scopes are displayed in the administration area.
Could you please open your Twitter apps here:
https://apps.twitter.com
Then open the Settings page if your app and make sure that
- "Enable Callback Locking" is not ticked
- "Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter" is ticked
- "Enable Callback Locking" is not ticked
- "Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter" is ticked
