User Explorer

Hi,
i'm new here (1st day) and i wonder if a user from two different social media (like FB & Google) should appear in User Explorer as two different persons or as One.
Now i can see two different persons for the same email address and name from Facebook & Google (mine). Is there a way to see uniuqe person with all linked social media o them?

thanks
Paris

    Hi Paris,

yes it's normal that each social network profile is displayed as a distinct entry.
If you click on the username, you can see a section User Identities on the bottom of the page.

If one and the same person has linked multiple social networks, then they will be listed there.

  • Hi Claude and thanks for the info,

The truth is that I checked “User Identities” in both “usernames” from Facebook and Google for the same person (same name & same email address) and there was only one provider for each username. After that i post this question.

This means that something is wrong and the OneAll system doesn't recognize the person as one ?

    regards
    Paris
