Changes not updating

I have been trying to change the text shown above the icons ("Connect With") and it absolutely refuses to change. Also I am trying to delete Instagram from the logins offered and it refuses to disappear.

No need, no The "Connect with" needs to be changed either in the Social Login settings in your WordPress admin area OR in the Social Login settings in your widgets (it depends on what you are using in the sidebar).

Ok it took a while but the icons have updated. The text, however has not - I've been trying since last night.

The text above the buttons in the right sidebar should read "To comment, login using these Social logins:" but you can see it just reads "Connect with" which won't make much sense to my readers.
