i cannot find login with facebook button on login page.

I cannot find "login with Facebook" button here, but i can find it on registration page.
Yes, i enabled "Yes, allow new users to signup with Social Login on the login page too."
Is it because of my theme? (Reseller)?
If yes, then can i add it manually? I know HTML, CSS. Which file i need to edit and what code to paste, in order to get that button?

if you don't see the icons, then the theme does not support the WordPress hooks.
What you can is manually add the icons by copy/pasting this code to the login form:
