When login with it, it automatically add blank address in account.

and when someone try to checkout it shows blank address.

Hello,

please open your OpenCart admin area and go to "Extensions > Modules" and select "OneAll Social Login".
Then look for "Ask for the customer's address in the Social Login registration form? " and set it to "Yes".
