Help with new activation

Hi there, I activated the plugin, but can't seem to figure out how to get it to pop up on the homepage. I also want to put the login info on a separate login page? How do I do that?

Hi Claude, the site is 12shortstories.com. In the meantime, I found the instructions, but I think this plugin might over my skill level, as I don't know how to create a table in MySQL... Thanks for responding so quickly!
