Gap between comment box and One-All Social Icons

There is a LARGE gap between my comment box and the One-All Social Icons. It is so large that people may not realize they can login with the One-All Social Icons. My webmaster said it was a problem with the plug in itself. How do I close the gap? Thank you, Eric
