Twitter login still not working...

I just finished setting this up for twitter and I am still getting an error saying its not configured even though I am getting "Your application has been registered!" on oneall. Please advise.

    Hello,

    please open your apps here:
    https://apps.twitter.com/

    Then go to the Settings of your app and make sure that

    - Enable Callback Locking IS NOT checked
    - Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter IS checked
