PayPal and several Others Not Working

So far every social login I've setup works except for the following: Battle.net, Instagram, PayPal, Reddit, and Yahoo! The login appears to be successful but upon redirect to the forums the user is still logged in and there are no errors, with the exception of PayPal. PayPal returns an error and never gets to the redirection. The full PayPal error is below. Can anyone provide some insight to these issues? One thing I've noticed but am unsure if it's related or not is that when I create/edit the PayPal app it never saves as Live, it always returns/defaults back to sandbox no matter what I've tried.
