Getting error Settingup windows live

Setup the application as instructed except for one thing

Nowhere in the setup process on Microsoft side do I see an option to set the following

Allow Implicit Flow: Tick
Restrict token issuing to this app : Tick
Redirect URIs: https://nexgenfarms.api.oneall.com/socialize/callback.html

When using the service I get the following url error

The+provided+value+for+the+input+parameter+'redirect_uri'+is+not+valid.+The+expected+value+is+'https://login.live.com/oauth20_desktop.srf'+or+a+URL+which+matches+the+redirect+URI+registered+for+this+client

I am at a loss
