it's unfortunately not possible to change the name. What you can however do is setup an "Alias" for your OneAll subdomain. So this will basically replace your OneAll subdomain by your own domain name which will then be displayed in the window.
For the alias you need to click on the name of your site in the OneAll dashboard. Then you look for "API Endpoint" and click on "Setup Alias".
Please note that this requires quite a bit of changes and setup on your side.
