Why wont you cancel my account? (and stop charging my credit card)

I have written to you three times over the last two weeks to get my account cancelled and for you to stop charging my credit card.

I am not sure what I need to do. I have used the link suggested in a previous question (http://www.oneall.com/company/contact-us/ -
suggested by Claude_Schlesser)

Please advise - or action my cancellation request and let me know that it has been done by return email

BTW : I would not have posted in a public forum - but the lack of response leaves little option
