Restricted by Twitter: Oneall not taking rate limits into account?

Our app recently published 100 tweets to 100 users. 10 failed.

This one returned success, but it actually never got published on Twitter

I Checked our Twitter app, turns out we're banned.
Seems you don't follow Twitter's rate limit, is that true?

Hi Satya,

we do not rate-limit the calls on our side.
We process the requests at the same pace as you are sending them in.
