Let's say I go with the Silver Business Annual plan, and part-way through would like to upgrade to the Gold plan. Is that process fairly straightforward - do you just prorate based on the remaining time on the plan? Thanks.
yes, the process is straightforward, just upgrade when you feel like doing so. The system currently does not prorate. You can however drop us and email after the upgrade and we convert the remaining amount as additional time on your new plan.
