NodeJS SDK - Callback URI not working

I set the Callback URI as "/connection_token" and "localhost:3000/connection_token" just in case the relative URL is problematic, and I have an app.post ready and waiting to pick up the callback. However, I keep getting rerouted to the dummy page on OneAll saying that my callback URI is not set.

I need either an answer on how to fix this or at the very least an explanation on how the callback uri is used in the OneAll API to figure out how to connect the URI. As it currently stands, it simply doesn't work.

  • Edit: I figured out that a local reference wouldn't work for OneAll's Post, and appropriately replaced the URI with an external IP. 77.xxx...

Now I'm simply getting rerouted to a simple error page saying xxx.api.oneall.com sent an invalid response, with no other error code.

I've seen that you have raised a couple of tickets in our ticket system.
Have you been able to fix the issue?
