We were recently surprised to find that an API endpoint we were using (
https://docs.oneall.com/api/resources/users/write-to-users-wall/) was being deprecated. We never received an email about this even though we're opted-in to receive communications from One All. Is this common practice or should we expect messages about future deprecations? We use One All in production and need to receive better communication about breaking API changes.

yes, it's true the endpoint is marked as deprecated. This however does not mean that we will cut it. The mention is to discourage new customers to actually implement it. We will sooner or later remove the documentation for it, the endpoint itself will however remain functional.
We are also working on an email solution in order to better inform our customers.
