i can't disable "Enforce the use of HTTPS for Redirect URIs and the JavaScript SDK"

Why?

i am using HTTP, my forum is PHPBB base
enigmateam.org/foro

some ideas?

    Hello,

    as have now set the login protocol to HTTPS for all of our users,
    it should no longer be needed to change that setting.
