WordPress login redirects to 404 url

Hi,
Even after deactivating all plugins (except Advanced Custom Fields and OneAll) and using the default Genesis parent theme, I am still redirected to a 404 page (https://[domain].org/wp-login.php?oa_social_login_source=login&redirect_to=https://[domain].btu.org/wp-admin/) after trying to login using the Google single sign on connection.
