About error Comments on my site.

Good day,
i joined you site, and presently using your site plugins, for loudvoice and social login.

i received a mail from your site, that my blog got a new comment. follow this link to moderate. i followed the email, but no comments found.

when i checked on Author , i saw the name of who commented, but what they comment, i cant see. what can i do? also, i tried to export comments, i got errors saying page not loading, and it gave me 2 options, wait or exit this page. what is this error about?
