Can't load URL: The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and sub-domains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

please check the Facebook application setup guide in your OneAll.
You have probably missed step 4a

I have the same problem, but I have searched both the OneAll website and the plug-in tools and cannot find "the Facebook application setup guide in your OneAll." Can you please provide specific instructions or an actual link to the resource you are referring to?

1) Login to your account here:
https://app.oneall.com/signin/

2) On the dashboard, click on your site.

3) On the left side, click on Social Networks.

4) Click on Facebook then "Setup Application Keys".

Now you should see the guide.
