    Hi Case,

    could you try to execute this in the console of your server?

    telnet ping.api.oneall.com 443

    The result should be like this:

    Trying 136.243.63.184...
Connected to ping.api.oneall.com.
Escape character is '^]'.

    If you have something else, then it's like that your firewall blocks the connection from your server to the OneAll API.
