Change Social Icon buttons

I'm looking to change the wording of the button and icon of the social login buttons on the login page. I understand that one step I should take is downloading the CSS file for the icon set I want to use, uploading that to my server, and then pointing to it. But when I do that the Oneall still calls the servers css file and not the one I pointed to on my server. I also don't see how this will help me update the text of the button.
