There's a firewall for one of our client's office blocking oneall's scripts. Is there a range of IPs we can tell them to allow?
Thanks,
-Israel
Hello,
you need to whitelist this ip:
136.243.63.184
and the following domain;
.api.oneall.com
For the correct loading of the icons the following
subdomain needs to be whitelisted too:
*.oneallcdn.com

It depends on your client's ISP, I think. If his IP address is static, you can do it effortlessly. In home networks, IP addresses aren't fixed, but they do fall within specific ranges.
I meant from oneall. It's blocking all the scripts from oneall. I've added our API domain from onall, but I was wondering if there's anything else I needed to add.
We ended up being able to solve it by whitelisting:
*.api.oneall.com AND https://secure.oneallcdn.com (This domain is used to load the button css in the login iframe and without it the buttons don't showup.)
But that IP is good to know! Thanks!
Thank you for the hint with secure.oneallcdn.com. I have added it to my original answer
