Is there an updated video with a complete set up of oneall for Facebook login?

For the past 3 hours trying to fix an error, and not able to do it! "App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions." P.S. I have set up an app on Facebook, still not working. Do you have free chat support so I can resolve it?
