Billing

For whatever reason, you guys started billing my account again in January 2021. I do not use your services and I haven't since February of last year. Please refund my money and cancel the current invoice that is trying to bill to an account my business doesn't use.

It appears that I'm not the only person with this issue. I'm assuming it's a glitch of some sort. Hope you resolve it.
