We have noticed that "Oneall" have taken a payment from our credit card. As we do not longer use your service therefore I need to request deactivation of our account and the refund of the last payment.

The only ticket that I got from you was on February and I answered it. If you need to contact us, just log into your OneAll account and click on Support left menu (https://app.oneall.com/open-support-ticket/).
