When user has not set avatar on Facebook, default Facebook avatar is not shown on my website

Hi,

I have BuddyBoss plugin installed on my website, to create an online community.

When a user has not set an avatar on Facebook, the default Facebook avatar is not shown on my website, instead I get the image description text :

When I try to check the source file of the avatar image for lolorjers user :

I get the following error message : Bad URL hash

Thanks to let me know what action is required to correct this problem.

Hi Jean-Louis,

As answered by ticket support, I've seen that the users have been suspended by Facebook, that's probably the reason why you can get their picture. You can't also get their image directly on browser.
