Hi Flávio,
Which version of Opencart are you using ? Did you have the last version that you can find here https://github.com/oneall/social-login-opencart (be sure to get the good one according to your Opencart version).
I've made some Journal3 fix some times ago for users, so it should be working. If not, do not hesitate to give your website link where I could see in theory your login buttons to check what could be the problem.
