I downloaded the Oneall plugin from my wordpress and followed the tutorial to create oneall account.

Now I want to connect it and I copy the exact information from oneall to the oneall plugin in wordpress.

    Hi Julie,

    According to what I see, the subdomain that you've answered is not good. You don't have to set ".api.oneall.com" after it. Just set the first part of domain (which looks to end by "k" on your screen).
