It appears the SSL Cert date has lapsed for you which took down service. When will this be restored?

Same problem here. One way I found to work around the problem was to tell my users to open the path to socialize/library.js manually and force the browser to access it. Once done, the login form appeared for them. It's not ideal, but it worked.
Has anyone gotten any response from Oneall? So far total darkness on this.
As of now they have installed a new certificate, but no response from them about it.
they restored service and sent me a reply that the certificate has been restored.
