Why oneall does not add the data obtained from facebook to the prestashop database

It shows the facebook icon, I register with my facebook but when redirecting http://www.hogaryspacios.com/?return_to=http://www.hogaryspacios.com/iniciar-sesion, once redirected not it shows me the username of the user
