unable to login and not allowing new user to register on forums Phpbb

  Hi,
  To remove the extension, do as you would with any other extension (CUSTOMISE / disable), and delete the files once disabled.
  
  Regarding the installation, once installed, did you test the connection (in the extension's setup menu)? If so, did you then configure the social networks you would like to include (on app.oneall.com this time)?
  Let us know what error messages you get.

  Hello,
  I have an interesting situation.

  My domain and web site is _https://travelgps.com.ua (Ukrainian and Russian language, sorry but no English language)

  1. I have web-site and internet-shop witch base on OpenCart 2.3

  2. Also I have a phpBB 3.2.5 version forum.
     url is _https://travelgps.com.ua/forum/ = forum located in folder /forum/

  There are no problem if I use OneAll for registration/authorization on root web-site (OpenCart 2.3 based).

  But I can not use the same OneAll account for my phpBB forum on the same domen ( but
  phpBB forum locate in other folder = /forum/ )
  This url: _https://travelgps.com.ua/forum/ (of course forum is not in root directory of web-site)

  OneAll connection is normally tested API in Admin extension of phpBB 3.2.5.
  But new user registration and authorization do not work in phpBB forum.
  And the same time OneAll connection work normal at OpenCart on same web-site.

  Situation was checked for Facebook and Google accounts.

  Can You advise me any solution ?
  I want use social account authorization for my phpBB 3.2.5 forum.
  How and where I can configure setup that phpBB forum located in folder (not in root of web-site) ?

  Additional info:
  Some problem depend of this setting:

  Prompt validation of new user’s profile

  1. If I disable Profile validation - all Ok!
  2. If enable profile validation - have error - user receive white page.
  3. If Profile validation only if necessary - may be good, but not everytime.
