Came here to ask the same thing. This happens every year like clockwork, and it's the wildcard cert so it impacts everyone using the thing.
Hi oneall, can you please renew the SSL certificate. I also have the same issues. Please help
Any Update? I'm getting angry customers at the moment.
Hi, just chiming in to say this is also affecting our organization and we're awaiting resolution - all of our social login options aren't available for customers.
Just discovered this. Is this really for real?
You let your SSL cert lapse AGAIN?! This is wild that this happens yearly. Please fix this ASAP.
We have the sma issue. Please fix this ASAP!
You guys gonna fix this and then maybe remember next year?
time to write my own I guess.
Yeah, I'm writing my own at this point. The API still returns the data if you need a backup. It's just not a secure connection.
Seems like an abandoned app/plugin/company? Or they are on vacation, but it's been the last two years SSL hasn't been renewed, but the last two years it was fixed within 48 hours. I'm not holding my breath they will respond any time soon. Unfortunately.
Which sucks as I don't hold this against them. I know it can happen as a developer, but this long of a delay in a fix or response is beyond worth waiting, IMHO.
assuming everyone has send a support request from your oneall dashboard. Hopefully staff will see this at some point. And renew the SSL cert. This is not good.
Honestly, this is embarrassing. Imagine the exodus from such a simple thing. imagine not having monitoring on such a vital SECURITY related aspect of your offering (particularly when that offering IS about security!!!)
Writing in conditional checks to hide our social login while no SSL. Plan with client to start our migration in 6 months time. It is too late now for this year, but never again.
I ended up writing my own solution rather than wait. If you're on WordPress and used OneAll for basic social login, Nextend Social Login and it is a solid free alternative worth checking out. I have no affiliation with that plugin. It's just one I've used on other projects.
This project was different when it was setup since I never used WordPress's native login at all, OneAll was the entire auth layer, so a plugin swap wasn't an option. But for those that it is the above plugin seems like a similar alternative.
A multi-day lapse like this is INEXCUSABLE! I couldn't even log into OneAll! I just migrated my comments feature dumping loud voice. I was ONE DAY away from replace the social logins and getting my CC company to get a refund. SMH
A multi-day outage over an administrative oversight--with no response or apology. Comments state that this is an annual occurrence--WTF? Look I understand small shops have resources issues but letting a certificate fail has terrible consequences for you customers. I was locked out of OneAll and all of my social login customers were locked out My site If this was a money issue paying for the certificate renewal is more important than making payroll.
Business like this are important, but you will lose customers like this.
