Can't see any Facebook login button

I installed the MOD today on my PHPBB forum (3.0.11)
Everything seems to go fine with the instillation
but I can't see anything
on the user control panel, under profile it says:
Social Login
Link your account to a Social Network
but nothing to click on

Also on the Register and connect screen no sign for Facebook connection

    Hi,
    Did you clear the PhpBB cache after installation?
    We can't see any mention of the plugin on the web site (maybe you removed it)

    I installed the MOD exactly according to the instructions and of course cleared the cache
    but nothing appears

    Hi,
    One small question, did you follow the instructions (especially adding the HTML code block in the appropriate files)?
    docs.oneall.com/plugins/guide/social-login-phpbb/3.0/
    If so, maybe the code was inserted under a conditional HTML block that does not render it.

    I double checked my files and also added that to the pro silver SE just in case....
    It still doesn't work...
    if you need to see my files let me know, is there anything else?
    how it should look like?
