Returning to index without logging in

Hello,
When i try to log in or register a new tab pop up and i can accept facebook stuff, but when it should log in or register it doesnt do it and redirect me to index without creating a new user in the forum.
I have the API Connection Handler and API Settings working, in facebook it says my app is active and available to public.
when i enter to advanced configuration in facebook develper site get a message saying that the OAuth client access is active but i dont have an OAuth URL to redirect to, so maybe thats the problem but i dont find where i should put that url.
The application domains i've configured were www.mundoit.cl, mundoit.cl and mundoit.api.oneall.com

I hope that information is enough and sorry for my english.

Hi,
Your site is getting this error from Facebook:
This IP can't make requests for that application.
In your developers.facebook.com app, in the Advanced settings tab, check the whitelist fields, and remove the IP addresses if any.
