Instagram sharing

I am having issue with sharing on Instagram, getting status:

"flag":"error_method_is_unimplemented",
"code":403,
"message":"The API did not accept the message: publishing for Instagram is not available"
}.
It works fine for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Login with Instagram is fine.
Please, if someone could help me.

    Also, i would point out that my app is still in sandbox and that i tried to add instragram scopes: basic,public_content,comments,follower_list.

    I have bronze package that enables sharing_message_api.

    I believe that as the message says, publishing on Instagram isn't available - meaning it's not supported by OneAll. Though in this case I believe that it's not supported by Instagram either.
