Hi, i'm new here (1st day) and i wonder if a user from two different social media (like FB & Google) should appear in User Explorer as two different persons or as One. Now i can see two different persons for the same email address and name from Facebook & Google (mine). Is there a way to see uniuqe person with all linked social media o them?
1) Read the email address, user_token and identity_token received from our API when the user registers. 2) Check if there is already an existing user with the same email address 3) Make sure you have a user_token for that user 4) Re-link the identity_token to the existing user_token http://docs.oneall.com/api/resources/identities/relink-identity/
yes it's normal that each social network profile is displayed as a distinct entry. If you click on the username, you can see a section User Identities on the bottom of the page.
If one and the same person has linked multiple social networks, then they will be listed there.
The truth is that I checked “User Identities” in both “usernames” from Facebook and Google for the same person (same name & same email address) and there was only one provider for each username. After that i post this question.
This means that something is wrong and the OneAll system doesn't recognize the person as one ?
does anyone know what could be wrong and i don't have more than one identities when i'm looking one username of a person whitch have been logged with Facebook & Google (same name & email address for both)
