Icons partly not showing up

Hi all,

Strange problem.
IE ver11 Icons show up.
Opera ver45 Icons showing up.
Firefox ver53 Icons DON'T SHOW UP
Chrome ver58 Icons DON'T SHOW UP

And yes all API modifications are done and logins are functioning.

I've refreshed cache, I emptied cache in developer mode on chrome.
I emptied the cache in modifications on OC.

Nothing helps.
Where could the issue be?

OC version 2.3.0.2

If you cannot see the icons, then please:
- Make sure that you are NOT logged in (otherwise the icons are not displayed)
- Try to refresh your browser's cache.
