The icons does not appear

Hello,
i am using the module int joomla 3.4.1 I have follow the instructions described here:
https://docs.oneall.com/plugins/guide/social-login-joomla/#3

I have clicked in the link:
"Click here to autodetect the API Connection Handler" and in "Click here to verify the API Connection Settings"

And there is the module and the text "connect with:" but no social icons, does anybody knows what is happend?

    Hello Carlos,

    I checked the URL, and the icons do show.
    Logging in with Twitter works, however, the Facebook setup seems incomplete.

    Thanks Frederic, i cant see icons in Chrome and Firefox, but i see perfect the icons in explorer. Maybe is a cache issue.

    I will check the facebook issue
