This might already fix the problem.
For SMF you can use a CSS tag like this:
.oneall_social_login_providers { margin: 0 auto; width: 460px; }
You must increase/decrease the widht depending on the number of social networks that you are using.

could you please open the Social Login settings in your Joomla admin area and click on the "Autodetect" and "Verify" buttons? Do you get a green success message for each of the tests?
