i want to upgrade my plan but already paid for one plan do I have to buy a whole new plan?

I bought the personal plan, but I want to see more than 5 users, so I want to upgrade to the advanced plan. do I have to buy the whole pan or just pay the difference? I just upgraded from free to standard yesterday less than 24 hours ago.

    Hi Jake,

    technically speaking our system can unfortunately not yet deduct the already paid amount. What we can however do, is credit you the already-paid amount as additional time on your new subscription.

    Just tell me once you have upgraded and I will take care of it.
