Facebook authentication issues
Can you please help us understand the Facebook issues we’re encountering. We’ve configured our Facebook per the instructions and most of our social logins are successful; however, we also get a handful every day from Facebook that result in the following error from the API:
“The user did not authenticate successfully”
What is causing this error? It doesn’t seem to be anything in our control.
